We are shipping out orders from Monday to Friday, if ordered is placed after 14:00(GMT +2) we are shipping on next working day. Shipping takes 2-7 working days depending on your location.

The order can be payed for via the major credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Maestro, Visa Electron (the latter two need an approval from the bank for internet-service usage) and Paypal.

Shipping is free if the the order is 200€ or more. If it's under the 200€ threshold standard shipping in the EU costs 20€, outside the EU 25€, but for our neighbours from Estonia and Lithuania - 10€.

After ordering, you can pay for the order by credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and debit cards (Maestro, Visa Electron), if their issuing bank provides payments on the Internet. To make a payment, please fill in all the required fields DIRECTLY AS THEY WERE MADE ON THE CARD, and press "FURTHER" to continue. Mastercard and Visa cardholders must also indicate CVV2 / CVC2 (the last 3 digits on the second side of the card, which are located behind the card number). American Express card holders must indicate CID (4 digits above the card number). After payment is received within 1-2 business days, parcel is being shipped.

If the item you recieved doesn't fit, looks weird or just doesn't tickle you in the right way and if the item isn't used, you can return it within four weeks and: a) change the size of the item b) change it for a different item c) retrieve your money back

Although the quality of the goods is adequate, however, if any complaints arise, claims for defective goods are considered in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
